While the nileswan is a product with a niche target audience, we have underestimated demand for it. We did expect to sell out of the first batch, but at no point did we believe it would sell out within just a minute.
We understand this situation can be very frustrating and that waiting for restocking is practically the same as a second delay. For this, we want to sincerely apologise.
While we can declare that we are working hard on assembling additional nileswan units to be sold this or next month, unfortunately as of writing there are a few things holding us back from providing an exact date. While we have the necessary parts stocked for a second batch, the process for assembling nileswan cartridges is currently slow, and it is in the process of being improved.
As with the first batch, we hope to provide a new sales date at least one week in advance; we also plan for the number of units to be larger than the first batch. To ensure as many people can get their hands on a cartridge as possible, we also plan to uphold the “one unit per person” rule that was in place for this batch for the foreseeable future.
